Super Teacher is smarter, safer, and more like a real tutor than other tutoring and educational apps. Other platforms offer videos to passively watch, games that are less educational, and quizzes that just help students practice what they've already learned elsewhere. But Super Teacher actually teaches, and the conversational nature of our content allows Super Teacher lessons to adapt in realtime to any student's skill level, so struggling students get extra scaffolding, while students who are accelerating get extra enrichment.
Online tutoring platforms that connect children with a live tutor require scheduling in advance, aren't available 24/7, and are less private than using Super Teacher. Plus, live tutors are much more expensive, often charging over $40/hour. Other AI tutoring platforms are also prone to "hallucinations" or giving incorrect answers, and can allow a student to go off topic of bypass the AI's safeguards. Your child can use Super Teacher on a computer with our web app, or on a phone or tablet with our iOS and Android apps. Super Teacher is designed for students to be self-directed, and your children will learn even without your active participation: lessons adapt in realtime to a student's skill level, and the app automatically recommends the next lessons that students should take. Within the app, children can use the Discover tab to find all lessons that have been smartly suggested for them, or continue courses that they're in the middle of. You'll get emailed updates whenever your child completes a lesson, with a summary of how they did. If you'd like to be more involved, you can use age and subject filters to help your child find lessons to take, or give your child real-world rewards for making progress through the app.
